LICENCE
Every Elvero Store purchase includes the licence below. Buying a single loop, a pack, or the full library grants the same rights — the difference is how many assets it covers.
What you may do
- Use the assets commercially: in apps, websites, videos, ads, courses, social posts, presentations and printed material.
- Use them in work you are paid for, including client work.
- Edit, crop, recolour, re-time or composite them into your own designs.
- Keep using them indefinitely. The licence is perpetual and does not expire if you stop paying for anything else.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or give away the raw video files, whether on their own or as part of another asset pack or template.
- Claim authorship of the animations, or register them as your own trademark or design.
- Use them to build or train a competing exercise-asset library.
- Use them in a way that implies Elvero endorses your product.
Exclusivity
The licence is non-exclusive. The same assets are licensed to other customers, and the same animations appear inside the Elvero app, which is free to use. You are buying the right to use them commercially and the convenience of the finished, catalogued library — not sole ownership of the footage.
What you receive
Loopable HD MP4, one file per exercise, muscle-highlighted in the Elvero style, named for the movement. No watermark. Files download directly from your purchase page and remain available from that link.
Refunds
Digital assets are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file is broken, will not play, or is not what the product page described, contact [email protected] and it will be replaced or refunded.
